Folding and Gluing Operator

Do you enjoy seeing cardboard packaging in shops that you’ve helped to finish off?
Then a role as a Folding and Gluing Operator is definitely for you!

Location | Oss Employment status | full-time Working hours | two-shift system

What You Will Be Doing

Once your colleagues have printed the cardboard sheets and die-cut them into the correct shape, you and a colleague will process the packaging on one of our folding and gluing machines. You will fold, glue and prepare the packaging for shipment to the customer. Our machinery includes equipment from Jagenberg, MK (Heidelberg) and Heiber Schroeder.

You will work with a wide variety of packaging, ranging from simple cardboard sleeves to highly complex folded boxes. These may include straight-line boxes, crash-lock bottom boxes, four- or six-corner boxes, tapered packaging and packaging with windows.

As a Folding and Gluing Machine Operator, you ensure that every product is folded and glued correctly, down to the smallest detail. You have high quality standards and carefully inspect every finished product before it is sent to the customer. Not satisfied with the result? You will adjust the machine until the packaging meets our highest quality standards.

The finished products are then packed into outer boxes, either manually by your colleagues or with the help of one of our modern articulated-arm robots.

This position involves working in a two-shift system.
