Your salary is based on your experience and education. The irregular hours allowance depends on the Collective Labor Agreement under which you belong to (Grafimedia or Kartoflex). We also have some excellent secondary employment benefits such as non-absenteeism incentives, lease-a-bike, gym allowance, fresh fruit, training opportunities and so on.
